When Instagram Reels first launched in 2020 and YouTube Shorts followed shortly after, I wasn’t immediately sold on the idea. I’ll admit that I approached them as merely another trend, a reaction to the immense popularity of TikTok. But fast forward to today, and I can confidently say that these platforms have become transformative tools for creators, brands, and businesses alike—including my own work through Oakridge Leaders.
